The website provides general information and does not create a service agreement. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Assessments and proposals
Initial assessments are based on information provided by the prospective customer. A migration begins only after both parties agree to a written proposal or order defining scope, assumptions, exclusions, timeline, access, responsibilities, payment, and acceptance criteria.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate scope information, lawful access, destination readiness, timely decisions, backups where assigned, and authorization to process the supplied data. Customers remain responsible for business, legal, compliance, and content decisions.
Migration outcomes
Platform differences can prevent exact equivalence. Unsupported data, design, functionality, extensions, and destination limitations are handled according to the agreed mapping and exceptions. No ranking, traffic, revenue, or uninterrupted-service guarantee is made unless expressly included in the proposal.
Payment and acceptance
Payment milestones are defined in the proposal. Launch packages normally use 30% at kickoff and 70% after validation, before production cutover. Deliverables are accepted according to the documented criteria and review period.
Liability and warranties
Services are provided with the commitments expressly stated in the applicable agreement. To the extent permitted by law, indirect, consequential, or special losses are excluded, and aggregate liability is limited as stated in the project agreement.
Changes
We may update website terms prospectively. Contracted project terms can be changed only through the change process defined in the applicable agreement.
