We collect information you submit through contact or assessment forms, such as name, business email, phone number, company, platforms, project scope, and message content.
During a contracted migration, additional technical and project data is handled only according to the agreed scope and instructions. Do not submit credentials, database exports, or sensitive personal data through public website forms.
How we use information
We use enquiry data to respond, assess technical fit, prepare proposals, manage customer relationships, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are relayed by a Cloudflare Pages Function to HubSpot for enquiry and customer relationship management. These providers process limited technical or form data according to their services and applicable agreements.
Legal bases and rights
Depending on location, processing may rely on consent, steps requested before a contract, contract performance, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable.
Retention and security
Enquiry and project information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the purpose, support, dispute resolution, security, or legal obligations. We use access controls and appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is risk-free.
International processing
Our providers and project delivery may involve processing in different countries. Where required, we use contractual or other approved safeguards for international transfers.
