What this policy covers
This policy applies to MigraNetix migration software purchases. Read it with our Terms of Service and the package or custom scope you purchase. The free sample migration is not a paid full migration.
Before the full migration starts
If you cancel before you start the paid full migration, we will refund the full amount paid for that migration. Creating an account, connecting platforms, selecting mappings, buying a package, or running the free sample migration does not by itself start the paid full migration. The paid run starts when you launch it and the application begins processing the full migration.
After the full migration starts
If you cancel after the paid run starts, we will refund the amount paid for the unperformed portion of your purchased migration scope. Contact us promptly so we can stop remaining processing where possible and safe. We will use run records to explain what was performed and what remained at the time of your request.
How a partial refund is calculated
For a standard automated migration, we calculate the unperformed share using the eligible records and selected migration operations in your run, supported by its processing and result logs. Failed or undelivered operations are not treated as successfully delivered work. We will provide an itemized calculation; if record counts alone do not fairly represent the scope, we will agree an allocation with you before settling the refund. Unused capacity in a package is not itself an unperformed service once your selected migration has been completed. We do not add a cancellation penalty.
Failed or incomplete migrations
If MigraNetix cannot complete the purchased migration, we will offer a correction or retry for your agreement, or refund the undelivered portion. If the migration has provided no usable result, we will refund the full payment. Contact us if delivered results materially differ from the supported scope shown before purchase. Completed work is not refundable solely because you change your plans, subject to your mandatory rights.
Custom software integration scope
For separately agreed custom work, cancellation before paid work starts receives a full refund. After it starts, we refund the unperformed portion using the task or milestone amounts agreed before purchase and documented progress. A free assessment is not paid work. Custom terms do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
How to request a refund
Email sales@migranetix.com with your purchase email, order or invoice reference, and migration ID if available. Tell us whether you are cancelling or reporting a delivery problem. Do not send passwords, full card details, or database exports. You may request cancellation before or during the migration; report result issues as soon as you identify them. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will explain the amount or any information needed to review your request.
Payment and refund processing
If Paddle processed the purchase, it handles the refund. You may also contact Paddle Buyer Support or use the support link in your receipt. We will coordinate any refund we agree to provide with Paddle. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply, including processing timeframes. This policy does not restrict Paddle's ability to issue a refund. For payments collected directly by MigraNetix, we initiate an approved refund within 14 calendar days of approval, using the original method where possible. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
Destination data and your rights
Cancelling or refunding a migration does not automatically delete imported records or restore your destination. Keep backups and review destination data before further changes. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights. Any greater protection under applicable law or your Paddle transaction remains available. The policy in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
