About MigraNetix
MigraNetix ("we", "us") provides automated content and data migration software through this website and the MigraNetix application. These Terms apply to your account and use of the software. Contact us at sales@migranetix.com.
Your account and authority
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the person or organization whose data you connect. Keep your account and connection credentials secure. Only connect systems you own or are authorized to access, and only transfer data you have the right to process.
How the software works
You choose the source and destination, supply connector access, select the available entities, mappings, and options, review a free sample migration, and start the full migration from your account. Available features depend on the platform pair and package. A connector does not transfer every feature, theme, plugin, or behavior of a source website.
Sample migrations and destination changes
The free sample migration transfers a limited set of records and can create or update records on the destination. It is not a simulation of every record. Use a staging destination where possible, keep backups, and inspect the sample output before purchasing or launching a full migration. You are responsible for destination readiness, final checks, and any domain or traffic switch.
Packages and payment
Online payment activation is being prepared. Until automated payment processing is available, plan activation and billing may be handled through a separate onboarding process. Standard plans cover a single migration, with scope, activation, billing, and any taxes confirmed during onboarding. No automated checkout or recurring subscription is currently active. Custom integrations or optional expert assistance require an agreed scope before work begins.
Purchases through Paddle
If your checkout or receipt identifies Paddle as the seller, Paddle is the merchant of record for that transaction. Its Buyer Terms govern the purchase and payment, including applicable taxes. These Terms govern use of the MigraNetix software and do not reduce rights provided by Paddle or applicable law.
Cancellations and refunds
Our Refund Policy provides a full refund before the paid full migration starts and a refund for the unperformed portion after it starts. It also explains failed or incomplete migrations, refund requests, and payment processing. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Results, support, and limitations
Migration results and run times depend on source data, destination rules, access permissions, and third-party APIs. Review the reported completed, skipped, and failed records and inspect the destination. Contact support about unresolved problems. We do not guarantee search rankings, a fixed completion time, or automatic restoration of destination data after cancellation.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the software to gain unauthorized access, transfer unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service. You retain ownership of your content. You permit us to process it as needed to carry out your migration and provide support. MigraNetix retains ownership of its software and tooling.
Privacy and service access
Our Privacy Policy describes account, migration, website, and support data processing. We may suspend access where necessary to address misuse or an immediate security risk. Suspension does not remove any refund or consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Applicable law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes apply prospectively; changes to these Terms do not reduce the purchase or refund rights for an existing order.
